A wellness coach meets people where they are currently, emphasizing goal-oriented approaches & future-oriented mindsets. Traditional therapists address mental health disorders, delve into past experiences, & explore deep-rooted emotional issues, focusing on diagnosis and treatment. The choice between a wellness coach & a traditional therapist depends on individual needs & preferences; some individuals may benefit from a combination of both.

Seeing a wellness coach more than once can provide several benefits & enhance the effectiveness of the coaching process. People will often talk to their coach once a week, with most coaches being available to clients, in some form, between sessions. The decision to see a wellness coach more than once depends on your specific needs, goals, & preferences. However, for many individuals, multiple sessions usually offer the greatest opportunity for growth, transformation, & sustained wellbeing.

Research has found that people are more candid over the phone, when there is no eye contact. I do most of my coaching through the phone, so we can connect from anywhere. We might never meet in person, although I will know you very well from our conversations. Wellness coaching works best when the coach & coachee start out as strangers. Should you prefer face to face meetings, we can arrange video calls.

The value derived from the coaching relationship, positive outcomes achieved, & long-term benefits can far outweigh the upfront cost for many individuals. I have intentionally set my coaching costs below current industry standards for a wellness coach. Why? Because coaching is a powerful tool & should be accessible. Cost is often a factor when it comes to making a decision to do anything. I want people to be able to invest in themselves & their wellbeing.
